• Order Processing Time: All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

• Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days worldwide.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or via the Shop App. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Spooky Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Shipping Addresses It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We process orders quickly, so there is a very narrow window to cancel or change your order or address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@spookyhome.shop. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the reshipping costs.
